球形壓力測試儀用于測試非金屬材料零件的耐熱性。它適用于電工設(shè)備及其子組件和部件，以及除陶瓷外的固體電絕緣材料。

在該試驗中，將經(jīng)過處理的試樣放置在預(yù)熱的支架上，并通過5mm鋼球施加20n的力。然后將試驗臺、樣品和裝載裝置在高溫下的烘箱中保存一個小時。一小時后，將加載裝置從樣品中取出，冷卻樣品并測量任何壓痕。重要的是要確保試驗臺已達到試驗要求的陳舊高溫。因此，球壓力測試儀配備了一個插入測試臺的熱電偶，以便監(jiān)測其溫度。。（熱電偶為可選配件）

基本介紹：

球壓儀/測試儀是要求球（R2.5mm）和總測試力為20N±0.2N的球壓測試裝置，壓力等級的狀態(tài)，并放置在加熱室的表面進行測試。

Ball Pressure Apparatus

Application:

Ball pressure tester is used for testing parts of non-metallic materials for resistance to heat.It is applicable to electro technical equipment,its sub-assemblies and  components,and to solid electrical insulating materials except ceramics.

In this test,a conditioned specimen is placed on a preheated support and subjected to a force of 20n applied through a 5 mm steel ball.The test stand,specimen and loading device are then kept in an oven at an elevated temperature for an hour.After the hour,the loading device is removed from the sample,the sample is cooled and any indentation is measured.It is important to assure that the test stand has reached a stale elevated temperature as required by the test.For this reason,the ball pressure tester comes equipped with a thermocouple that inserts into the test stand so its temperature can be monitored..
