•Removable Platinum electrodes,convenient for cleaning, grinding purposes or

replacement. Electrodes flat view, 5mm wide, 2mm thick, platinum with minimum

purity 99.9%, with 30-60 ° angle tips at both ends.

• Electrode load on sample can adjust to 1.00N±0.001N,electrode distance

一、簡(jiǎn)介

漏電起痕測(cè)試是用于評(píng)價(jià)固體絕緣材料表面在電場(chǎng)和污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下

的耐受能力，測(cè)定其相比電痕化指數(shù) (CTI ) 和耐電痕化指數(shù) (PTI)；

符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求包括：DIN EN 60112,IEC 60335-1, IEC61058-1, IEC60065,

IEC60669-1, IEC60884-1, IEC60950-1, IEC61010-1, BS1363, IEC60598-1,

IEC60320-1, IEC60898-1, IEC60400, IEC60238, IEC60730-1, UL746A, DIN53480,

ASTM D 3638-92, VDE 0303, DIN 53480。

漏電起痕測(cè)試儀是在固體絕緣材料表面，在鉑金電極規(guī)定的距離之間，施加

一電壓并定時(shí) (30s) ，滴下規(guī)定液滴(50 滴)的導(dǎo)電液體，用于評(píng)價(jià)固體絕緣材

料表面在電場(chǎng)和潮濕或污染介質(zhì)聯(lián)合作用下的耐漏電性能，測(cè)定其相比電痕化指

數(shù) (CTI) 和耐電痕化指數(shù) (PTI)。另外設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)允許通過微調(diào)測(cè)試電壓、電流

限制、關(guān)閉時(shí)間、液滴大小和液滴數(shù)量進(jìn)行精確的測(cè)試。該裝置為全自動(dòng)電子控

制，測(cè)試電壓最高可以調(diào)整到 1000V。

   

二、漏電起恒測(cè)試儀包含兩個(gè)單元

 

電源裝置

包括電壓表、電流表、延時(shí)過電流繼電器、電源連接線、按鈕開關(guān)和幾個(gè)信號(hào)指示器。

 

滴液裝置

包含滴液壺，滴液噴嘴，滴液計(jì)數(shù)裝置，滴液控制裝置，滴液體積量

具等；

•可拆卸鉑電極，便于清潔、研磨或更換。電極尺寸，寬 5mm，厚 2mm 厚，純度不低于 99.9%的鉑金，兩端都是 30-60°角的尖頭。

•電極對(duì)樣品壓力可調(diào)，并能調(diào)節(jié)到（1.00N±0.001N）；電極距離 4.0mm±0.01mm，

夾角 60°±5°，可通過調(diào)節(jié)支點(diǎn)銷來調(diào)節(jié)高度。

•可拆卸滴水裝置，便于清潔。帶電磁閥的滴液器由三個(gè)主要部件組成，可簡(jiǎn)單

拆卸：電磁閥、溶液瓶和滴嘴。滴液器高度可調(diào)節(jié)，滴嘴可拆卸清洗或更換。

•溶液瓶是透明的，以確保內(nèi)容物清晰可見；它有水平標(biāo)記，便于操作；也可以

拆卸氣缸進(jìn)行清潔。

•LED 燈安裝在滴水裝置內(nèi)，可更輕松地精確調(diào)整機(jī)械參數(shù)

•測(cè)試室透明門可進(jìn)行觀察測(cè)試。

•測(cè)試室安全保護(hù)系統(tǒng)-安全門打開時(shí)，測(cè)試和高壓輸出會(huì)停止。

•樣品臺(tái)：樣品臺(tái)升降調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)，玻璃板，總厚度≥4mm

10、滴水次數(shù)：0~9999次，可預(yù)設(shè)；

11、漏電判斷：如果回路電流大于0.5A并保持2秒，繼電器動(dòng)作以切斷電流，表明樣本不合格的；

12、負(fù)壓滴水裝置，無管道，可拆卸，易于清潔；

13、自動(dòng)記錄電流>0.5A的流動(dòng)時(shí)間；

14、在蒸餾水中電解0.1%氯化銨（氯化銨）。
